  本課時主要是透過展示家庭居室結構,讓學生學習各個房間的英文名稱study, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen.家是每個學生最熟悉的地方,學生要學會運用本課所學知識來簡單描述自己的家,結合學過的語言描述各個房間。

  “Let's do”部分的教學是結合“Let's learn”中所學過的單詞進行擴充套件,讓學生知道一些相關單詞的指示用語。讓學生在聽懂這些用語的基礎上,進行模仿和聽、做活動。還可設計多種課堂活動,使學生掌握這一部分的內容,同時激發學生學習英語的興趣。

  教學目標:

  1.能簡單描述自己的房間。

  2.能聽、說、認讀本課主要單詞:study, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen,並能在日常生活中運用。

  3.能聽懂Let's do中的指示語,並按照指令作出相應的動作。

  教學重點:

  1、聽、說、認讀單詞:study, bathroom, living room, bedroom, kitchen。

  2、學習表示指令的片語。

  教學難點:

  單詞study, bathroom, bedroom的發音。

  教學過程:

  1 Warm-up/Revision

  教師引導

  1、集體唱英文兒歌。

  2、複習上節課所學單詞

  2 Presentation

  1、出示study的圖片,手指著書房裡的書問學生:What are they?教讀單詞study,並板書。

  教師用動作幫助學生理解詞義:We read the books in the study.

  2、按照相同方法,教授單詞bathroom, living room, bedroom.

  3、師把第46頁Let’s learn部分的.掛圖貼到黑板上說:This is my home. How many rooms can you see? What are they?

  4、教師說指令。

  學生回答提問:They are books並跟老師認讀study。

  學生依次回答問題並跟老師認讀單詞bathroom, living room, bedroom.

  學生用動作和語言表達句子,並說出相應的房間。

  聽錄音,跟讀Let’s do部分。

  出示練習題習題練習並拓展

  教學評價:

  1、學生評價:以小組為單位完成老師所提出的問題,然後進行小組交流,組內進行互評。

  1.詞彙

  (1)複習關於職業的詞彙:doctor, teacher, nurse, cook, fireman, driver, policeman, pilot, singer.

  (2)學習生詞:astronaut, coach, actor (actress),writer.

  2.功能句型

  (1)複習詢問他人職業及回答:What does he/she do? He/She is a/an …。

  (2)學習詢問對方將來想要從事的工作及回答:What do you want to be when you grow up?

  I want to be a/an …。

  教學目標:

  1.知識目標

  (1)能掌握和職業相關的一些詞彙,並能在相應的功能句型中熟練運用;

  (2)能在恰當的情景下熟練運用關於詢問他人的職業及回答的交際用語;

  (3)能在相應的情景下熟練地運用關於詢問對方將來想要從事的工作及回答的交際用語。

  2.能力目標

  (1)透過學習和操練,使學生能掌握本課所學關於職業的詞彙,能熟練詢問他人的職業及對將來工作的理想,並做出相應的回答;

  (2)在學習過程中培養學生髮現問題和解決問題的能力,提高自學能力;

  (1)幫助學生學會與人合作,共同完成學習任務;

  (2)幫助學生學會觀察生活中標的英語,學會藉助詞典來學習。

  4.其他目標

  (1)在學習職業名稱的過程中瞭解“感動中國的20xx年度人物”,潛移默化地為學生樹立榜樣;

  (2)在小組學習和幫助他人學習的同時,培養學生樂於助人,熱愛集體的良好品質;

  課前介紹評價方式

  Step 1: Warm up and lead in

  1. Oral English

  2. Sing a song: The Wheels on the Bus.

  3. (課件):Look, she is the driver of the bus. Her job is driving the bus. Do you know “job”?板書Jobs,並介紹課題。

  Step 2: Review some words

  1. Free talk: What jobs do you know? (Can you act as a …?)

  2. Games:

  (1) Show some word cards, read and act.

  (2) Act, ask and guess---What does he/she do?

  Step 3: Presentation:

  1. Talk about the great people in 20xx.

  (1) Watch the screen and think: Who are they? What are their jobs? (透過課件呈現“感動中國”的人物。)

  (2) T: They are called the Great People in 20xx.他們是被評為“感動中國的20xx年度人物中的幾個。Do you know their names?

  (介紹6個人物的姓名。學生活動:介紹人物姓名,擺放相應人物的復讀機、圖片和文字介紹材料。教師示範第一個。)

  (3) Watch and listen.

  T: What are their jobs? Let’s listen. (課件錄音完整介紹6個人物的工作和業績。)

  2. Learn the new word by the students themselves.

  (1)示範pair work: Listen, look, match and read. (示範過程中學習生詞:coach---c-oa-ch---coach)

  (2)學生自學單詞,合作完成練習。

  T: OK. Boys and girls take out your paper and practice with your partner, please. If there are some new words for you, you can use your dictionary(出示字典),go to listen to the tape or teach each other.

  (學生活動:自學不會的單詞,合作完成練習。)

  (3)學生組內練習介紹一個人物。(學生活動:選擇一至兩個人物在組內練習介紹。)

  3. Introduce them in the front.

  T: Who wants to come here and introduce one of them to us? Please listen carefully and check your answers.(學生活動:自願前來介紹一個人物。)

  要求:介紹以後要板書圖片;離人物介紹大圖較近的學生可以引導用大圖片。

  4.相應單詞的練習

  astronaut:

  (1) Pronunciation: astronaut---an astronaut.

  (2) Practice (Pass the picture and ask) What does he do? He is an astronaut.

  writer:

  (1) T: Can you act as a writer?引導學生練習:writer---writer

  (2) T: What other writers do you know?

  actor:

  (1) T: Who’s your favorite actor? (根據學生的回答介紹:actress)

  (2) T: Do you want to be an actor or actress? Why?

  5. Learn the sentence patterns.

  (1) T: They are all the great people in China. We will always remember them. Do you want to be one of them? What do you want to be when you grow up? You can say: I want to be …。 (出示句卡,帶讀,板書)

  (2) T: What about my daughter? Can you ask her?

  (4) Practice: Pair work; Show in the front.

  伴著Months of the Year這首歌曲,分小組作採訪彙報:我們小組最喜歡的月份。

  2. Presentation (15 ’)

  1)Ask and answer.

  T: How many month names have we learnt? Yes, we have learnt four.They are January, February, March, and April.Today we are going to learn four new month names.Do you want to know them? Look!

  2)T show the card:This is the fifth month of the year.It's May.領學生讀單詞,然後讀句子:May is the fifth month of the year.

  3)用同樣的方法學習6月至8月。

  4)Play a game:出示5—8月的第一個英語字母,讓學生猜是哪一個月份;老師說中文時,讓學生說出英語,老師說英語時,讓學生說中文,反覆練習幾次。

  5)教師準備放錄音:Don't worry.Let's listen to the tape.Listen carefully and try to remember the names of the months.

  6)Listen to the tape and repeat.

  7)Just write.

  3. Practice (20 ’)

  1)繪畫討論:

  組織學生分組完成課本第53頁的活動。可以分成May Group, June Group等。小組討論自己月份的常見活動,然後用圖畫表現出來。最後小組成員一起編對話,展示給大家。
