Talents of high quality who are equipped with the latest knowledge and skill will be needed more. That is why many students will further their studies. Second, we all recognize that the more education you have, the more likely you are to succeed. Compared with those without a masters degree, masters will enjoy more preferential treatment. Last but not least, with the graduation of a large number of college students, competition for jobs becomes more and more fierce.
