　　The cartoon aims at informing us of the significance of communication. Definitely，No one can deny the importance of it. Communication will enable us to achieve our objectives more rapidly. By communicating frequently and smoothly, we can have a better understanding among each others, reduce unnecessary conflicts and frictions and thus eventually improve the efficiency of cooperation. To further illustrate the importance of communication , I would like to take the Apple Incorporation as a case in point: how could it, with so many departments, staffs from diverse countries and backgrounds inside, and branch offices allocated all around the world, finally operate smoothly and achieve unprecedented market profits without an efficient communication.

　　From my perspective , at no time should we underestimate the power of communication. when misunderstanding others, we should communicate with them initiatively and detect the truth underlying bias. communication is the lubricant of success/happiness. 　　Good listening can always show respect, promote understanding, and improve peoples relationship.

　　Many people think that parents should listen more to their children, so they can understand them better, and find it easier to narrow the generation gap.

　　Teachers should listen more to their students so that they can meet their needs better.Then teachers can place themselves in a better relationship with their students.

　　Students should listen more to their classmates, as they will help and learn from each other.Then they build their friendship

　　My opinion is that each of us should listen more to others. First show your respect and never stop others talking untill they finish their talk. Second ,show that you are interested by a supportive silence or a knowing smile. Third, be open-minded to different opinions even though you dont like them. Generrally speaking, good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other.
