　　首先，我會在學校後花時間在操場上跑一圈，而不是一次做功課。在做家庭作業的時候，會放鬆自己，保持清醒的心態。接下來我要加入藝術俱樂部。畫畫讓我保持冷靜，畫畫也是我的愛好。那我星期五晚上和家人一起去學習。這是一個很好的機會，我們相互學習，提高我們的技能。
