  教學過程:

  Step 1 Revision

  T: There are four seasons in a year. They are...

  Ss: spring summer autumn winter

  T: Well, I like summer best.

  Ss: Why?

  T: Because I like swimming. What about you, S1?

  S1: I like winter best, because I like making snowmen.

  T: (Asking the Ss.) Which season does S1 like best?

  Ss: He likes winter best.

  (小組活動,談論對方最喜歡的季節及原因。)

  Step 2 Lead-in

  1.T: Different seasons, different weather. And every day, it changes. Would you like to know how to express them in English ? “Yes!” Ok, now let's learn together. At first let's look at some beautiful pictures.

  (啟發式匯入新課,激發求知的慾望)

  2. T: Look at Pict

  ure5.It's always rainy and warm in England in a year. Like the weather, the people in England are always gentle, we call them gentlemen or gentlewomen. And they care for the weather very much, they enjoy talking about it. So, you'd better begin with the weather when you meet a stranger in England and you don't know what to talk with him at this time.

  (學習語言的同時,介紹一些文化背景知識,加深對語言的理解和培養跨文化交際的能力)

  3. 給學生任務,利用圖片在自己所造的句子中學習鞏固有關天氣的詞彙。比如聽到:

  A: Look at the sun. B: It's sunny.

  C: Look at the trees. They are not straight. D: It's windy.

  (“straight”一詞,是學生查字典而得出,我及時給予肯定評價,鼓勵自主獲取知識,拓寬學用渠道)

  Step 3 Make dialogue

  1. T: How are you today?

  Ss: I'm fine, thanks.

  T: If we want to know the weather, we can say , How is the weather? OK! How is the weather?(領讀兩遍。)

  T: How is the weather? (問學生問題)

  Ss: It's sunny and cold.

  (前幾前,天下雪,今天的天氣正好陽光燦爛,但雪正在融化,天氣冷。我由學生熟悉的詢問身體狀況的一句“How are you?”引出“How is the weather?”而詢問當天的天氣狀況,注意了創設情景的真實性)

  T: If we want to know the weather and we can also say, “What's the weather like?”

  (幻燈顯示:What's the weather like ?=How is the weather? 循序漸進、步步深入,由已知引向未知,既複習舊知,又擴充套件新知,培養思維的連貫性。)

  2. Make use of the pictures and your diaries to make dialogues.

  You can do like this:

  What is the date today?

  It's...

  What is the weather like?

  It's very cold ...

  引導學生用字典並顯示參考詞彙:cold/hot dry/wet

  sunny, cloudy, windy, rainy, snowy

  (教師走動指導學生同桌對話、前後交叉對話、分組練習,談論前天、昨天、今天、明天等的日期和天氣變化,最後每組兩位表演練習)

  Step 4介紹新語言專案:感嘆句

  1. Teacher: It's sunny today. If we want to express our strong feeling, It's very sunny. We can say,

  How sunny it is today! (Repeat)

  幻燈: It's sunny today. → How sunny it is today!

  教師:It's windy today. 學生:How windy it is today!

  類似練習:rainy snowy cloudy

  (Work in pairs, then act out,並儘量用感嘆句給予適時評價,如 How well you speak! How brave they are!)

  T: If we want to express our strong feeling, we can also say,“What a cold day it is!”

  (跟讀兩遍,看圖小組學習,然後每組推薦兩位表演,並給予激勵性評價)

  感嘆句的結構和用法 What +(a/an) + adj. + n.+ S. +V.!

  3. 擴充套件性訓練

  T: Our classroom is very clean.

  Ss: How clean our classroom is! /What a clean classroom!

  (Let them work in pairs,在教室裡走動指導時聽到:My coat is beautiful! How beautiful your coat is! How cold it is! What a clever boy!等語言,這時掩飾不住心中的喜悅,說道:How happy I am!學生們馬上脫口而出: How happy you are! 為了鞏固,我再次說道: Yes, how happy I am!

  What a happy teacher I am today! 然後每組推薦兩位表演運用感嘆句,並儘量用感嘆句給予點評)

  Step 5 Discuss and try your best to use what we have learned today.

  (三天前,奧運吉祥物──福娃(Friendlies,現已改名為 Fuwa) 揭曉,我便顯示出下載的彩圖和英語 Welcome to Beijing.

  剛顯示就聽到:Wa, how beautiful! 這是真情的吐露,馬上給予高度評價)

  T: Now look at them; you have two minutes to discuss each other. You can talk about the weather, the people, the cities, the food in Beijing, and so on.

  ( How sunny it is! What fine weather! How friendly we are! Welcome to Beijing... 聽到這些表達,我由衷的高興,因為學生能用感嘆句、天氣變化的詞彙表達自己的感情了)

  Step 6 Homework

  1.兩分鐘的`討論後,我把它作為家庭作文,作為學生課外的學習任務;

  2.要求收聽有關明天天氣狀況的英語廣播、電視或其他渠道的天氣資訊;

  3.今天的英語角主題是運用感嘆句談天氣;

  4.發給學生一份課堂評價表,記錄本節課的知識與情感體驗。

  教學反思:

  本節課作為教學片公開課,沐浴新課程改革的春風,抓住小班化教學的有利契機,充分體現“以人為本”,克服大班教授人數多、顧此失彼、難以個別對待的特點,而突出小班化教學的主體性、活動性、個性化、情感化等特點,有效地改善英語課堂教學質量;合理發揮小班化教育的公平與效率、經濟效益與教學效益、因材施教與團隊協作等方面的優勢;語言情景的創設儘可能貼近生活,激發學習的興趣。“迴歸生活世界、凸現小班特色”,力求達到教育均衡:

  1.設計了最貼近學生生活的話題,並開發了課程資源。

  為了讓學生主動參與到本節課中來,我設計了貼近學生生活的話題──天氣變化和剛揭曉的奧運吉祥物福娃(Friendlies),激勵學生的探究創新精神、實踐能力;同時,利用幾組漂亮的圖片,活化了現有教材,為學生提供了豐富的課程資源,拓展了學用渠道,改變了傳統課堂上以書本為主的弊端,增大了學生的知識容量。

  2.在新課標指導下的英語課堂模式應是互動的。

  應開展師生互動、生生互動等多邊活動,充分調動學生的課堂參與積極性。因此我為本課設計了師生對話、配對練習、小組活動等形式多樣的、有利於學生參與的課堂活動,使學生真正成為課堂的主人,形成積極的學習態度。課後調查發現,每位學生都獲得了表演展示的機會,充分體現了學生的個性,實現了才能的展示,有力地證明了小班化的優勢。

  3.拓展了學生的視野,培養了他們的文化意識。

  在本節課的教學環境中,我注重了對學生的文化滲透,在談論天氣這一話題時,增加了對英語國家文化的瞭解,拓展了學生的文化視野,在加深對本民族文化理解的同時,發展了他們跨文化交際的意識和能力。

  4.設計了相應的任務型活動,倡導自主式、合作式、體驗式學習,並透過設疑,實現了學生的能力遷移。在學生完成任務的過程中,注重形成性評價,及時運用本節課的相關知識內容對學生的表現給予恰當的評價,激發了學生的積極性和自信心,一改傳統課堂上只重雙基培養的狀況,突出了學生實際能力的培養。

  5.注意德育的滲透。本課的三天前,福娃正式誕生,是一個非常時新而且大家都感興趣的熱門話題,我把它引入課堂,讓學生挖掘美、鑑賞美、創造美,體會奧運的魅力。既運用知識、激發興趣,又得到情感的昇華,有利於道德情感的滲透和民族意識的培育,也有利於引導學生注意觀察生活中、媒體上使用的簡單英語,拓展知識的獲得途徑。

  6.家庭作業,也有彈性和針對性,與學生的生活密切聯絡,讓學生有更充裕的時間、自由的空間去體會所學知識、拓展知識;善於用英語表達。
