我們都需要有目標來釋放全部的潛能。而目標愈大，所能激發的潛能也就愈大。研究顯示，許多人之所以不快樂，覺得壓力大，喜歡爭論及好辯，都是因為在生活中找不到意義、目標和方向。他們覺得生活太無聊了!
