  今天要做英語健康操,我聽了後差一點要把早飯給吐出來了。因為英語健康操會顯示出我們有多麼的幼稚、無聊和神經病。

  只聽見一段英語的音樂放了出來,我就像個木頭人一樣,站在操場上一動不動的。

  第一節開始了,當時我想:這是哪個笨蛋想出的歪點子呀。是不是專門嘲笑我們的。有的人還跳得那麼開興,估計他們的'腦子進了水一樣—壞掉了。

  可是我就害怕要奉林老師的聖旨被罰抄課文。於是我老實了起來,跟著大家做了起來。當時我就像小偷一樣,心裡一直很害怕被林警察抓到。

  第二節開始了,第一個動作真是無聊,還要先走兩步再點一下頭,校長你的腦袋是不是被吃掉了,連這們無聊的動作也想得出來。

  這還不算什麼,有一個動作必須雙手擺出“Z”的形狀,在上下搖擺。我們就像平衡機,一下子這邊重,一下子那邊重。真是莫名其妙。如果被人看見,一定會嘲笑我們的。校長呀!校長呀!求求你放過我吧,我的心是很脆嫩。
