  Habits_習慣

  Habits, whether good or bad, are gradually formed. When a person does a certain thing again and again, he'll be obliged to do it in the same way by some unseen force. Thus habit is formed. Once a habit is formed, it is difficult and sometimes almost impossible to get rid of it. ThereforeIt is very important that we should take care in the formation of habits.

  Good habits have many advantages. Going to bed early and getting up early makes us healthy. Diligence helps to succeed. Honesty helps to win the respect and trust of others.

  If we form bad habits, such as rudeness, laziness, lying and stealing, we might be mined by them.

  We ought to keep away from bad habits and try to acquire good habits for ourselves and others.

  習慣,不管是好是壞,都是逐漸形成的。當一個人反覆的做某件事時,他就會被某種看不見的力量驅使不得不以同樣的方式再去做這件事,於是習慣就形成了。習慣一旦形成,就很難、有時幾乎不可能改掉。因此,在養成習慣時我們都應該特別小心,這一點至關重要。

  良好習慣有著許多優點。早睡早起身體好;勤奮助人成功;誠實助人贏得他人的尊重和信任.

  如果我們養成了壞習慣,比如:粗野、懶惰、說謊、偷竊,我們就可能墮落。

  我們應該遠離壞習慣並努力養成對己對人都有好處的'習慣。

  My Habits_我的生活習慣

  My life style I have a diet habit. I exercise everyday . My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. For breakfast, I usually drink a cup of coffee and eat two eggs. I eat rice and some vegetables for lunch. I eat a bowl of soup and noodles for supper.of course i love junk food too,and I eat it three or four times a week. I have some other life habbits , I like talking to friends on the Internet, going shopping and watching movies with friends when I have time. I also like reading by myself, and spending a quiet weekend. i hope everyone live a healthy and happy life.

  Good Eating Habits and Health_良好的飲食習慣和健康

  In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

  Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?

  I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

  The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes.
