　　每年的植樹節全國各地都會大規模開展植樹活動，因為植樹造林不僅可以綠化和美化家園，同時還可以起到擴大山林資源、防止水土流失、保護農田、調節氣候、促進經濟發展等作用，是一項利於當代、造福子孫的宏偉工程。但是植樹節的意義不是在於每個人都要在植樹節這天去種一棵樹，而是透過植樹節的又一次來臨，使我們大家更加的關注綠化、環保的問題。

　　眾所周知：地球正在沙化，沙漠的覆蓋面積正在逐年的增加——可我們似乎覺得這些離我們還很遠，但是在我們的身邊有這樣的一群人：他們在默默無聞地為這片大地播種著綠色，他們有的被稱為“英雄"、有的被稱為“當代愚公”，有的甚至是外國友人……他們用他們的實際行動告訴我們，植樹是全人類的大事，是造福子孫萬代的偉業。

　　幾億年前，地球歸動物所擁有的時候植物繁茂，到處生機勃勃，充滿了綠色，但是，智商遠遠高出其他動物的人類出現後，植物像被施了魔法一樣的急劇減少。那是因為，人類為了建造房屋，砍伐樹木所造成的。有的是因為商業需要，大批大批的砍伐樹林留出空地，用來建造大樓。正因為許多人擅自砍伐樹林和樹木，所以大自然被破壞。

　　砍伐樹木的壞處很多。大家都知道樹木可以迴圈二氧化碳，如果大量砍伐樹木，樹木的數量就會急劇減少，我們撥出的二氧化碳無法得到迴圈。茂密的樹木可以阻擋沙塵暴，前兩年北京遭遇沙塵暴，整個城市被沙子所籠罩這也是因為缺少樹木的保護所造成的。

　　樹是地球的肺，我希望每個人都能保護樹林、保護樹木，讓都市的`生活添一分綠色!保護樹木就是保護地球就是保護我們人類!

　　但是對於我們大家來說，植樹節的意義並不僅僅是種一棵樹那麼簡單。植樹節向我們表達的意義不僅是要多種植樹木，而是要培養我們廣大市民愛護自然、低碳生活的一種理念。

　　植樹節如果沒有條件去種樹，我們從日常生活中也可以做到和種樹一樣的效果。比如少用一雙一次性筷子、少浪費一張紙、少開一次空調等等。這些節約低碳的理念，本身就有益於社會的進步，樹木的保護。只有我們對樹木的需求少了，樹木的砍伐才會少，那麼愛護樹木的人就會越來越多。植樹節，大家還在等什麼，從現在開始，從你開始，都來一起愛護自然吧，低碳的過一天!
