基本釋義

⒈  形容能迅速而順暢地接受別人的正確意見。也作“從諫如流”

楚師之還也,晉侵沈,獲沈子揖,初從知、範、韓也。君子曰:“從善如流,宜哉!”——《左傳·成公八年》

從諫如流:  舊時形容君主能很好地聽取臣下的進諫,像水從高處流到低處一樣自然。英readily accept sb.'s correct opinion or advice;

擇善而從:  選定其中好的,隨從他。意思是發現別人的優點而向他學習。例三人行,必有我師焉,擇其善者而從之。——《論語·述而》英choose what is good and follow it;

聞過則喜:  聽到批評意見就喜悅。比喻樂於接受他人規勸。英feel happy when told of one’s errors; be glad when told of one's own errors;

從善若流:  見“從善如流”。
