　　Hello everyone, my name is Lee. This is really a great honor to have this opportunity, and I believe I can make good performance today. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 20 years old，born in Guangdong province, south of China, and I am a senior student at Guangdong **University. My major is English. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June. In the past four years, I spent most of my time on study. 　　空乘面試步驟

　　其實空乘的面試主要就分為3個大部分，第一關：個人形象的展示與自我介紹，第2關：英語口語加上筆試。第3關：面試官的各種提問主要考察學生的家庭基本情況、語言表達的能力、身體健康狀況、有無其他特長等

　　第一關：

　　第一關最重要，因為直接關係到後面的成敗。在個人形象展示時候站姿、走路、蹲起，要面帶微笑，眼睛看位於考官席中間的主考官，有人會問看考官的什麼地方呢?看考管的眉心，這樣她會感覺你非常專業，非常舒服。在個人形象展示完之後每個人會有一個1分鐘的個人自我介紹，有同學想問了，自我介紹都應該說些什麼好?有人在自我介紹時會說我叫XX，就讀於XX學校，身高XX，體重XX，愛好XX，回答完畢。全是廢話!考官聽了馬上會說：好，下一個!注意，1分鐘的自我介紹，只用了10秒不到就說完了，連考官觀察你的時間都沒有，讓人感覺是你不重視這次面試，其實你不是，心理還特別緊張特別重視。首先，自我介紹要分為中文30秒，英文30秒，中英文的內容不能重複，不要把中文自我介紹直接翻譯成英文說出來。

　　我個人認為其實英文的自我介紹就是一個展示口語發音以及表達能力的平臺，內容無所謂，只要你的發音夠標準!我在寫完這英文自我介紹後專門找了個教口語的英語老師一句話、一個單詞慢慢練出來的，當時我說的這段英語，發音應該不遜於CCTV9的播音員了這也是我這自我介紹中最值得驕傲的了哈哈。

　　當你說完這段自我介紹，用時差不多1分鐘多點，但是如果你說的夠熟練夠自然，眼神不停的在跟評委們交流，評委絕對不會因為你說的多了而中間打斷你，而且會開始仔細聽你說的內容開始觀察你，說完中文當你說英文的時候，如果你下工夫去練了背了找老師把發音糾正了，那麼評委會對你的印象很不錯，學乘務員專業的同學英語水平實在不敢恭維包括我自己，學這專業的都是玩過來的，沒辦法，但是就是這自我介紹，可以說是非常重要!因為絕大多數人在說自我介紹的時候都是：我叫XX，就讀於XX學校，身高XX，體重XX，愛好XX，回答完畢，我上面的內容你們應該自己偷著樂了。

　　第二關：

　　下面我說下關於第2關英語考試的問題，各個公司考試內容不一樣，國航比較注重口語，東航口語筆試都要考，口語比較簡單，一般問個問題，如果你高中好好上聽懂問題應該不大，筆試應該是考的新概念第二冊75課以後的，我只記得閱讀理解有個關於小提琴的，具體內容忘了。反正新概念第二冊能看懂考試就沒問題!深圳航空考試的內容比較全面，數學，英語，時事政治等等，我看也就是初中的水平，比較簡單可能現在不一樣了，我是說當時04年我考的這些，廈門航空考試也比較全面，而且還有心理測試。

　　第三關：

　　最後一關就輕鬆多了，考官的表情明顯輕鬆了，就跟你以朋友式的交流問一些你自己的情況，包括在學校的表現，家裡父母都是做什麼的等等。評委可能要求女孩子卸妝，看下你的面板、牙齒怎麼樣，男生也是一樣。還有個才藝展示環節，就是讓你唱歌跳舞，會什麼就表演什麼，最好提前準備好，自己沒事在學校女生就多參加學校的演出，跳舞唱歌什麼的，都可以鍛鍊一下。男生就學點武的，抬拳道、田徑、籃球足球都可以。現在航空公司普遍喜歡陽剛帥氣的，不喜歡有女性美的男生這種男生以前很吃香，但現在男生飛行都幹兼職安全員，要求就是陽剛型的。
