  Ingredients

  材料

  * 1 cup all-purpose flour

  一杯中筋麵粉***就是平常我們超市能買到那種小麥粉***

  * 2 eggs

  兩個雞蛋

  * 1/2 cup milk

  半杯牛奶

  * 1/2 cup water

  半杯水

  * 1/4 teaspoon salt

  一小輟鹽

  * 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  兩勺融化的黃油

  Directions

  步驟

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.

  1. 用一個大碗,混合麵粉和雞蛋,慢慢加入水和黃油,攪拌均勻。跟著加入鹽和黃油,攪拌到光滑。

  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

  2. 在平底鍋上塗一點點油,用中火加熱。將做好的麵糊均勻地倒入煎鍋,一次大概1/4杯的量。

  3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

  3. 大約兩分鐘後,可麗餅的底層會成型,稍微焦黃。用鍋鏟反面、煎另外一面。趁熱吃吧!
