  發英文郵件的格式

  英文***的基本要素是主題、稱謂、正文、結尾用語及署名。

  ***最重要的部分是主題,假設我們都是很忙的人,在開啟郵箱閱讀郵件時,第一眼看到的就是郵件的主題。所以,主題應當做到言簡意賅並突出郵件重要性。英文郵件的主題需要注意不超過35個字母,將位於句首的單詞和專有名詞首字母大寫。比如:Some questions about C++.在比較正式的格式中,需要把每個單詞的首字母大寫***介詞、冠詞除外***。

  稱謂如果是第一次給對方寫信,那麼稱謂最好用“Dear+全名”,這樣會讓人感覺比較正式。如果對方以非正式口吻來信,我們也可以類似非正式地回覆。比如:“Hello/Hi Lillian”。在實際通訊中可能遇到不知道對方姓名,可以用“Dear+對方頭銜”,如“Dear President”,或者“Dear+Sir/Madam”形式。英國人習慣在稱呼後加“,”,美國人習慣在稱謂後加“:”,有時也可以不加任何標點,是具體情況而定。

  在書寫正文時,把最重要的事情寫在正文最前面或者郵件內容較長時寫在第一段。為了讓收件人閱讀郵件比較舒服,我們需要注意郵件正文結構的美感,郵件段落最好控制在兩三段之內。如果一封***涉及多個資訊點,我們可以採用分條目的方法,如符號、小標題、編號來使得郵件想要表達的內容層次清晰。郵件內容應注意單詞的拼寫、大小寫、標點、語法等。所謂以小見大。

  結尾語在正文之後新增。注意一般結尾語中只有第一個單詞首字母大寫而剩餘單詞都小寫,此處與稱呼不同。

  在正文最後需要署名,可以寫全名,也可以只寫名字。需要辨明性別時可以在姓名後面註明***Mr./Ms.***。對於咱們中國人,為了區分姓和名,可以把我們的姓的字母全部大寫,例如XIONG Lillian.如果寫信人代表的是一個組織或部門,應在名字下一行寫上自己的職位、所屬部門。

  1***告知對方你是如何得知其資訊的,比如報紙、網站等。

  2***說明自己想要了解的東西,當諮詢資訊較多時,最好列舉出來,as 詳細、清晰 as possible.

  3***末尾用一句話結束總結這次諮詢。

  一、主題

  主題***Subject***框的內容應簡明地概括信的內容,短的可以是一個單詞,如greetings;長的可以是一個名詞性短語,也可以是完整句,但長度一般不超過35個字母。

  主題框的內容切忌含糊不清。

  二、稱呼

  1、E-mail一般使用非正式的文體,因此正文***Body***前的稱呼***Salutation***通常無須使用諸如Dear Mr. John之類的表達。在同輩的親朋好友或同事間可以直呼其名,但對長輩或上級最好使用頭銜加上姓。YES:Tommy,或者Mr. Smith。

  2、稱呼和正文之間,段落之間,正文和信尾客套話之間一般空一行,開頭無須空格。如: Jimmy,

  4、多過一個男人,用Messrs,就是Misters的意思,不過不要跟名字,跟姓就行啦.

  那麼I和you呢?好煩好煩.一般來說,收信人的利益比較重要,名義上都要這樣想.給人尊重的語氣就一般不會錯了. 多用you有時會有隔閡的感覺.

  總之,語氣和賓詞的運用得當能決定你的禮貌程度.

  B、信尾客套話***Complimentary close***通常也很簡明。常常只須一個詞,如:'Thanks','Best','Cheers',不需要用一般信函中的'Sincerely yours'或'Best regards'。

  C、簽名:不要把Mr., Ms., Mrs., Dr.之類一起籤,人家會笑你的... 簽名也看信件的語氣.給朋友或公司客戶,籤Bill也可以,給陌生人就最好用Gates或者Bill Gates啦.
