  There is no doubt that almost everyone has his own ill habits ,more or less . More often than not , they are repugnant to others ; what’ s more ,they may make us unwelcome everywhere . To take me for example,I always think I’m a somebody. It was since my childhood that I’ve been proud. Owing to my distinguished scores of schoolwork, I’ve been above making friends or talking with my classmates.

  Of course ,I may well take pride in my remarkable transcript, but which makes me estranged from my classmates and relatives. To make matters worse , I feel isolated and empty from time to time .Because of this ,I think It’s time for me to get rid of the ill habit of being too proud . As long as I make a determination, I’m confident that I can make it and be a modest man popular with others here and there as soon as possible .

  Apparently, these bad habits may generate negative impacts. To begin with, they may impair students’ physical health and psychological fitness.   Nowadays, modern people's life rhythm faster and faster ,people’s life habits have a great difference .

  As we all kown , office workers has always been in a busy state,

  breakfast becomes a big problem, they don't eat breakfast, but excessive drinking coffee , and they don’t have a good sleep. Drinking too much coffee can cause nervousness, the rise of blood pressure, can also induce osteoporosis. These problems have potential harm to the body.

  Some teenagers are accustomed to eating too much before sleep ,It can cause lots of problems, for example, eating too much can cause

  obesity, there are also some potential disease. And now young people have picked up some bad habits, they are addicted to alcohol and cigarettes, they absorb too much smoke, excessive drinking, these problems can cause lung disease.
